Terri has a passion for enabling and supporting others to be amazing in what they do and in the workplace. Her career within talent development and project/program management in various capacities has allowed her to do this.

 

She is ambitious, determined and always willing to pursue a new challenge to drive herself and others to success. Her prior experience has served in a variety of industries including hospitality and restaurant, higher education, enterprise software solutions, and insurances where she has applied strong, leadership, learning development expertise, project management, and event/program coordination skills.

 

Terri holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Organization Development and Sustainability, a graduate certificate in Training and Development, and a B.A. in Strategic Communications from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.

 

At Pinnacle, Terri leads project teams, and provides instructional design expertise within our Training Business Unit.
