She specializes in connecting strategy with results by building support and understanding across the people impacted. Susan has a passion for understanding the needs of the end user and delivering results through people. She has spent time in a variety of industries, with a recent focus in hospitality and food service. 


Previously, Susan worked in a variety of global businesses, completing market research, new product development, digital innovations, and business strategy.


Susan holds a B.A. in Marketing and an M.B.A., both from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.
