MELISSA WENDLING
Operating Officer & Lead Integrator
Melissa brings 12 years of experience from the financial services and capital markets world, working in relationship management with a wide-range of industries and consumer assets including auto loans, credit card receivables, equipment leases, and commercial loans. Melissa has also spent the last seven years working in the nonprofit sector, serving in a variety of roles from Program Director to Fund Development Director to Executive Director working in organizations with missions supporting student success in the classroom.
With her cross-sector experience, and a broad range of experience from operations through leadership, Melissa's focus at Pinnacle will be integrating the cross-functional teams, internal communications, executing the company business plan, as well as some project management and strategic consulting.
She earned a Bachelors of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of St. Thomas in 2000, and also holds a post-graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management. Outside of working hours, you might find her running around any of the Minneapolis Lakes, or spectating at one of her boys' soccer or baseball games.
