LYNN VARA

Lynn thrives on helping clients articulate their transformation vision.  She walks with them as they create the plan to bring that vision to reality.  With her broad experience in change management, Lynn anticipates roadblocks and coaches clients on how to avoid them.  Lynn is energized when her teams succeed in transforming to create lasting changes that optimize business results and make the work easier for team members.

Lynn's career in transformational change management began as a logistics and operations leader in the US Army.  After leaving the Army, she continued working in operational excellence and logistics management.  Later in her career, she began consulting and coaching organizations in transformational change and process excellence.

Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy.  She also was a fellow in the MIT Leaders for Global Operations Program, earning an MBA and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

Outside of work, Lynn enjoys running with her husband and dogs around area lakes.  She also loves to travel around the world. During tax season you will find her volunteering as a tax preparer at Prepare and Prosper.
