Kathryn is a strategic leader who is energized by helping teams solve challenging problems to improve their business performance. She combines deep expertise in direct sales, sales capabilities, sales strategy, and holistic planning with a love of learning and collaboration.

 

Known for critical thinking and the ability to toggle between the strategy and tactics, she can thoughtfully craft a vision and the components needed to deliver the plan against it. She has experience leading both strategy and planning transformations within complex organizations.

 

Kathryn joined Pinnacle after a 24-year career at General Mills, during which she earned recognition by Progressive Grocer as a Top Women in Grocery Rising Star. She holds a B.S. degree in Molecular Cell Biology from Penn State University.

 

When she’s not working, Kathryn loves spending time and making memories with her husband and three kids and trying to improve her golf game.
