Kate is a strategic thought leader who gets energy by helping others effectively move through change. She can create and communicate a compelling vision of the future that energizes employees while also mapping out the detailed work required to make it a reality.

 

Kate brings over 15 years of expertise in change management, business operations, and consumer & employee insights. While the bulk of her career has been focused on retail at Target, her first role was providing accounting services for Biotech, Consumer Goods and Not-for-profit clients with PricewaterhouseCoopers. She graduated with a BA in Spanish and Economics from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

 

When she’s not working, you’ll find Kate cheering for or coaching her three kids in lacrosse, hockey, soccer, baseball and volleyball, or planning the next family vacation somewhere in the mountains.
