Margaret draws upon over 25 years of experience helping businesses, nonprofits, government agencies, and individuals tackle unique organizational or personal growth opportunities.
After growing up in Fargo, North Dakota, Margaret lived in Washington D.C., St. Louis and San Francisco, before settling with her family in St. Paul, Minnesota. She has traveled extensively for work and pleasure. Her diverse professional experience, education, and training enables her to connect with clients across a broad range of sectors and disciplines.
Margaret’s work ranges from personal development and coaching, to conflict resolution, group facilitation, employee relations, and strategic planning. The breadth and depth of her experience inform all the work she does. She brings a high level of authenticity and energy to her work which encourages others to do the same. Margaret’s role at Pinnacle makes use of this all, and focuses on our biggest asset – our team members and our project teams.
Margaret holds a Masters in Organizational Leadership with a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution. She is excited about Pinnacle Performance Group because she recognizes the value in having a business partner that actually helps clients achieve sustainable change – from the initial strategy and design, through execution.
In her free time, Margaret enjoys her family, friends and travel. She likes to stay active and has two brand new knees to begin wearing down, just like the last pair!
