
AMY WINKLER
Amy has a passion for helping and supporting others perform well in the workplace. Being a minimalist at heart, she enjoys designing and developing training and performance improvement strategies with a special focus on creating job aids and performance support solutions for organizations.
Amy’s career was started and guided by her curiosity about software and how to use it. She enjoys learning and training others on how to use various software applications. Her experience includes working as a technical writer/instructional designer in a variety of industries including financial, healthcare, insurance, medical devices and real estate management. She brought her communication, attentional to detail, and strong organizational skills to many software projects throughout her consulting career. At Pinnacle, Amy works in a variety of capacities as an instructional designer and eLearning Developer.
Amy earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota – Mankato and her graduate certificate in Instructional Design from the University of Wisconsin- Stout. Amy currently serves on the board of the Professional Association for Computer Training (PACT). PACT is a Twin Cities-based digital learning professional association. Outside of working hours she enjoys playing games with family and friends, reading, listening to podcasts, or taking walks in the country/woods with her husband and dog.
