She specializes in researching and developing business strategies for new and existing companies, with a focus on how people make decisions and implement change. Her experiences range through a variety of industries including health care, financial services, manufacturing, and food services.
Sarah’s prior work experience includes helping large and medium companies identify strategies for growth and change with McKinsey & Company and independent consulting services. She holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and currently serves on the board of Camp Fire Minnesota.
