Kirsten’s career has focused on human capital and talent development at many levels. Passion for supporting other’s growth and development has driven Kirsten to successfully promote, design and conduct employee learning opportunities for almost 20 years. Kirsten’s prior experience includes applying her solid foundation in education professionally in a wide variety of businesses including real estate, insurance, wholesale retail, financial services and healthcare. She has collaborated with front-line employees, middle management and senior executives to integrate adult learning theory and change management practices with an organization’s actions.
Kirsten holds a Master’s of Education from the University of Minnesota and a B.S. in Education from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with minor study in Early Childhood Education from University of Wisconsin – Stout.
