Margarita’s career has focused on driving top-line growth through developing and executing marketing strategies for consumer products. She has deep experience in new business development, new product development, product management, and channel management. Margarita is an experienced team leader and passionate people developer, leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful business results while guiding the career development of team members.
Margarita’s prior experience includes eight years as a Marketing leader in the Consumer and Office Business at 3M, where she held leadership roles in the Package Protection business, New Business Development, and Scotch® Tape product lines. She also has previously held roles with Church & Dwight, and Procter and Gamble.
Margarita holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of Management at the University of Pennsylvania.
