The company was founded in Lincolnshire, Ill. in 1990, with a focus on providing training and operations support in the restaurant industry. Over the next 22 years, the company built on that foundation becoming a partner to training and operations leaders in national and international restaurant, retail, travel, and financial services organizations.
In 2012, Leslie Holman became the owner and new CEO of the organization. Leslie brought to Pinnacle a passion to fill the void between strategy and action, a focus she built during her time with the management consulting firm McKinsey & Company. With that guiding principle, Pinnacle has expanded beyond designing and developing training solutions, to help companies identify the barriers to their strategic success, partnering to develop solutions to address those barriers, and developing the comprehensive behavior change solutions to drive results.
